As an Integrative Health community, we have an opportunity to come together to embark on a process of uncovering and healing the reality of deep-seated structural racism and inequity in our midst. This year’s conference provides a space in which we can take solid steps as we set out together in this collective work of healing racial injustice. Together we have an opportunity to embody the very model of Integrative Health and Medicine: to look deeply at the root causes of imbalance, understand that we possess the wisdom and ability to heal, and do the work of healing utilizing a wide array of approaches that address all aspects of the whole.
